Creation of the Aero-club du Poitou
Project to develop Poitiers- Biard airfield. The Chamber of Commerce & Industry wish to make Poitiers an aerodrome with daily traffic to Paris – Bordeaux – Madrid assured by postal aviation.
Project of Poitiers Airport by the CCI examined by the Air Ministry.
With the material help of the CCI, presided by Gaston MORIN (1942 / 1957), Poitiers becomes a regular stop-over on regular flights for Paris & Bordeaux.

|January 2007||New legal structure : Creation of the ‘Syndicat Mixte’ of Poitiers-Biard Airport reuniting the Urban Community of Poitiers, the General Council of Vienne and the Chamber of Commerce & Industry.|
