The opening hours of the Reception-Information counter are currently as follows:
• 9am/8pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• 9am/6pm on Tuesday

CHECK-IN
AIRPORT CHECK-IN
Check-in is the operation by which, upon presentation of your plane ticket (flight coupons for classic tickets or itinerary receipt for electronic tickets) at the counter of your airline in the terminal, airport staff will validate your passage and check your hold luggage.
On arrival, consult the screens indicating departure times and check-in areas.
The latest check-in time (ETA) is indicated on your ticket. Go to the check-in area to validate your passage, upon presentation of your ticket, and to check your baggage.
RECORDING TIME LIMITS (RTL)
The check-in deadlines according to the companies are as follows:
Ryanair : 40 min before takeoff
In general, it is preferable to arrive between 45min and 1 hour before departure time for domestic flights and between 1h30 and 2h for international and charter flights.
We advise you to respect these indications in order to have enough time to pass through security control.

WEB CHECK-IN
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Some airlines offer the option of checking in quietly at home, on the Internet, and printing your boarding pass yourself. You then have to go to the company’s website.
Passengers who have not checked in online and therefore do not present the printed boarding pass at the airport will have to pay a check-in fee of €55/person.
Please note that online check-in is mandatory when you travel with Ryanair. Passengers who checked in online but do not present the printed boarding pass at the airport will have to pay a reissue fee of €20/person.
HOW WEB CHECKIN WORKS WITH RYANAIR
Opening between 60 days and 24hrs before departure depending on the package chosen, closing 2hrs before.
Once you have checked in online, you can print your boarding pass up to 2 hours before departure.
To check in online, first have your booking number and then go to www.ryanair.com in the “Online Registration” section.
Please note: Passengers are reminded to be present no later than 40 minutes before the departure of a Ryanair flight at the gate.
TRAVEL WITH A BAY
THE STROLLER AND THE BABY SEAT
The strollers are systematically placed in the hold.
We also inform our passengers that you have the possibility to take a baby seat in the hold of the aircraft free of charge. This is subject to the terms and conditions of the airline operating your flight and the baby seat will be subject to an X-ray check.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR BABY
Hygiene products as well as baby pharmaceuticals, infant formula, milk, fruit juice, water and baby food are not covered by the regulations for liquids, aerosols and gels.
These products are allowed in the cabin in reasonable quantities according to your itinerary and must be presented to the screening staff for a separate inspection of your carry-on baggage. Please note that the security officer reserves the right to give you a taste of these products.
A changing table is always available in boarding lounge 1 for changing your baby.
AND FOR CHILDREN
You may take aspirin or other medicines in any form for your children, but be aware that the security officer reserves the right to give you a taste of these products.
Children's toys are allowed in carry-on baggage, but there are exceptions such as robots that can be converted into toy weapons and toy weapons.
For example, water pistols and grenade-shaped or sword-type toys are prohibited in carry-on baggage. Helium-filled balloons and modelling clay are also prohibited in carry-on.
UNACCOMPAGNIED MINOR
Please note: Ryanair does not offer an accompanying service. Children under the age of 16 cannot travel alone with the company. We also remind you that permission to leave the territory is mandatory for minors.
FORMALITIES
The national identity card or passport according to the destination is mandatory regardless of the age on Ryanair.
The family booklet is tolerated on Chalair ONLY up to 2 years.
AUTHORIZATION TO LEAVE THE TERRITORY (AST)
From 15 January 2017, a child who travels abroad unaccompanied by one of his or her parents must present the following 3 documents:
- Valid identity document of the minor: identity card or passport + possible visa according to the requirements of the destination country;
- Photocopy of the valid or expired identity document of the signatory parent: identity card or passport;
- Form signed by one of the parents holding parental authority.
PEOPLE WITH REDUCY MOBILITY

There are no special conditions for a disabled passenger to be admitted on board. However, it is essential to inform the airline so that the passenger can benefit from the services made available.
For Ryanair, passengers requiring special assistance can book this service on Ryanair's website up to 48 hours before the flight. After this time and up to 12 hours before flight departure, passengers should contact the Ryanair Special Assistance Line at the following number 0891 46 00 46. If the passenger does not book the required assistance at least 48 hours in advance, the service may not be available. However, the airport assistance team will make every effort to provide the requested service.

ON ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT
Special arrangements and equipment have been made for the reception of disabled passengers
- provision of 6 adapted parking spaces in the car park;
- special drop-off zone;
- lifts and access ramp.
IN THE TERMINAL
The airport has a ground handling service to facilitate boarding and disembarkation:
- provision of accompanying staff;
- loan of wheelchairs;
- assisted boarding.

WARNING

In the case of connecting flights, you will need to check in your pet at each stopover point.

GAZ Station
If you want to refuel before returning your rental car, the two nearest stations are in the direction of Futuroscope :
- Gaz Station Intermarché Demi-Lune at 2km ;
- Gaz Station Total Access at 3 km.
For those arriving from the south, Auchan gaz station when arriving at Poitiers Porte Sud only 5 km from the airport.
ATM
We inform our passengers that there are no ticket machines or exchange offices within the airport.
We therefore advise you to bring cash and foreign currency before your departure for your convenience.
MAILBOX
A mailbox is at your disposal in the airport lobby.
Collection takes place from Monday to Friday at 2:00 pm.
InfirmARY
The fireflighters is permanently on site at the airport and is able to provide assistance in the event of any discomfort.
Please note that these firefighters cannot replace a doctor or pharmacist and do not dispense any medication.
