Cancelled flight
In the event of cancellation without notice or less than 24 hours from the theoretical arrival time, of a flight that has requested assistance:

For flights between 8pm and 8am local time, the following charges will apply:
- 50% assistance.
- A night surcharge of 50%.

For flights between 8am and 10pm local time, the following charges will apply:
- 50% assistance.
- A surcharge of 50% on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
